Elgol on Skye nearly always comes up trumps & on this occasion the lenticular cloud formation over the Cuillin was a first for me, the driving incoming tide proved a winner too. PLEASE VIEW LARGE. Gordale Scar, Yorkshire & this is at the base of the 'upper falls' BEST LARGE. An image from Bowlees in Teesdale taken on my last visit with Donny & Jim (VXISME & FOWLUP) just a hint of snow still on the ground made for a photogenic day.BEST VIEWED LARGE IF YOU HAVE TIME One from last weeks shoot in Dumfries & Galloway. Looking north east along the loch from Garpel Burn on it's west side towards Muckle Eriff Hill on the far shore, I moved in for this shot as I wanted to separate the lichen covered rock from the background & I opened up a bit to throw the background slightly out of focus, it was then a case of just waiting as the light was coming & going very quickly.
