Early morning in the north of Scotland (7.00am)  The little town of Inveraray  in the background for this shot. Taken on Saturday morning from Morar, in the North West Coast of Scotland.  With the sun shining and the blue sky, it was hard to believe I was still in Scotland. Another long exposure using the B+W 10 stop filter. Looking down towards GlenEtive. The 203 sec exposure gave me a slightly different effect.Your comments would be very much appreciated. Bill. The North of Scotland once again, and back to Loch Na Achlaise, with the moon still in the sky, the early morning light here was bringing out some wonderful tones and shadow details on the distant mountains. Positioned the shot to try to capture the small tree and island in silhouette against the tones on the hillside, the slight breeze creating some movement in the water for the foreground.  Cokin ND8 grey grad filter used.  Your comments would be appreciated.  Please view large if you have the time. Early Saturday morning and another trip to Glencoe in the North of Scotland.  Climbed to the top of the Devil's Staircase (2500ft) for a few photographs, this time without the snow.  This image was taken looking East  with the Blackwater Dam  to the right of the photograph. Taken on a dull and overcast day in Glen Orchy in the North of Scotland, this is just one of many waterfalls in the Glen. Hope to be able to spend more time with photography and also on the PC. my thanks once again for your continued support and very kind comments.   Back to Glencoe on Saturday, the first time this year, and managed to find a new viewpoint for this wonderful mountain. Early morning in Rannoch Moor, very dark and very cold, (-10) had to use a torch to assemble the gear.Set up the tripod on the frozen loch and then waited for the light to capture this image of Loch Na h' Achlaise and the Black Mount. Handheld 3exp HDR image. Only software used Corel PSPPX2.    Your comments would be appreciated. The South West coast of Skye for this shot, the small but wonderful little harbour at Elgol was the setting here. Once again the constant rain and wind did not help with the photography,lol. Another of the many moods of Glencoe.Taken early morning, (6.15am) when the low cloud was still in the glen and the sunlight was trying hard to break through.This shot was taken looking down towards Glen Etive with the Buachaille Etive Mor to the right of the photograph. Taken Sat morning 1st May on the shore of Loch Linnhe in the North West coast of Scotland.Strong wind and rain at the time, and found it fun trying to keep the lens clean. The Buachaille Etive Mor, providing the backdrop here as the sun was starting to go down. To the left side of the mountain is Glen Etive, and to the right is the main road North to Fort William.
