Bio: English by birth, I have been based in Freeport, Bahamas since 1984. Love to travel and take lots of pics with my Nikon D70. Here in Freeport, I am fortunate enough to be able to sell my Bahamas prints in my own tourist gift shops.

Bird at Sunset Playing with borders - Converted to mono in Photoshop Photographed in a temple in Nha Trang, Viet Nam Came upon this scene on a safari in India - reminded of autumn in the west Photographed in Melbourne. Sept 2010. Taken a couple of days ago in the Simien Mountains, Ethiopia. Another shot from Sri Lanka. We stopped to photograph a waterfall, but I preferred the tree on the opposite side of the street. I thought those of you who have had enough of the snow already might like to see a Caribbean shot. Somewhere in N. Wales Another shot from my archived collection of scanned negatives from the two years I spent living in The Philippines in the late nineties. This one is the graveyard in Vigan, a small town on the north-west coast of Luzon, the main island. Taken on last year's trip to Morocco in Essaouira on the Atlantic coast. The local food in Ethiopia is called injera. It is like a large pancake which is eaten, and used instead of cutlery, with a variety of fillings. This lady was cooking injera outside her home with the small child hanging onto her back. Another shot from the Morocco trip. I was inspired by Katja's lovely shot of White Sands to re-visit my very old , but recently scanned shots and was delighted to find that some which had been badly printed, and subsequently discarded, were actually quite nice - although in need of quite a lot of cleaning up. Negatives don't keep well in this humidity
