this was growing from a tree,i took an underneath shot because the light was shining through and highlighting the details of the toadstool and all its folds. sun just rising over Bournemouth beach Gold Hill in Shaftsbury is famous for the Taken on part of the Jurassic coast,another practise with shutter speed. Sunrise,(just got to be my favourite time of day,)this is one taken as the sun peeps though cloud over Eastbourne seafront. Only managed few moments of sunrise before the cloud came over and stayed!! So ive gone all pp to make the most of small amount of sun and getting up too early!! Another practise shot. Selective colouring using photoshop layers. HDR image of the massive outcrop of Portland stone at Portland Bill Dorset,which some people choose to climb and dive from,was happy to view its magnificance from the viewfinder!!:-) Experimenting with light,motion and layers.Taken at Poole quay. Late flowering poppies at Compton Abbas,North dorset,a HDR blend of 3. Caught this shot as the rain clouds were moving across sea and sun just started to peep through.Blended 3 shots HDR and added some warmth. Taken at the River Stour,nr Wimborne Dorset just before sun up Sundown across Sandbanks,Poole,HDR image to try and catch last colours of setting sun. Taken just before sunrise about 4.45am.Knackering but really worth watching,really is my favourite time of day.This image i worked on in photomatix to blend 3 shots for HDR effect. Due to some rain over weekend,borrowed my daughter Jemma to help me practise with portraits,cropped original and converted to mono,to add impact,comments appreciated as im new at this,many thanks. HDR blend of one of Dorset Jurassic coast famous landmarks,thought id try different perspective and take shot through the wild grasses at cliff top.
