Bio: I am Nigerian, but live in the US. I lived in London for 7 years. I am a medical doctor who specializes in the management of high-risk pregnancies. I took up photography 2 years ago.

Noise reduction and sharpening with Nik DFine 2.0 and Nik Sharpener 3.0.I woke up at 4 am and drove 40 miles to the Jersey shore in order to capture this scene before dawn. Luckily, the weather was good. I deliberately used a slow shutter speed to blur the waves. I positioned myself so as to capture the rocks in the foreground and to get the light reflecting off them.  bonus were the rays of the sun beyond the horizon.
