A drop of water cupped by a little shoot of sea weed. Shot using a 50mm and a reversing ring and a little off camera flash. I found this such an interesting place, I went back. Another shot of this wonderfull lighthouse, just love it. This was set up at St Mary's lighthouse to mark the start of the celebrations for the 2012 Olympics. Shot from on top of the Transporter bridge in Middlesbrough. The old floating night club, The Tuxedo Royale has had its day and is listing now. People watching from the OTHER side of the river, watching people bungee/absail/zip wire from the bridge on its 100th birthday. Last one of Danielle in this series. Just along the coast from Whitley Bay, beautiful spot. Couldn't have wished for better weather. Situated outside MIMA in the town centre. Saltburns famous Victorian lift and the only remaining pier on the north east coast. Given a new lease of life by the vibrant lighting that comes on after dark. From the same trip. The remains of the Admiral Von Tromp, a fishing boat that went down in 1976 at Saltwick Bay, North Yorkshire. Literally around the corner from Whitby. Pictured behind the wreck is Black Nab, from certain angles when the tide is right, it looks like a Submarine conning tower. Taken in a break from the rain at sundown Ngrad and polarizer used on this one. In recognition of the famous pier just being voted Britains best pier 2009 This little fella was wandering across the grass in front of the Atlas Fountain at Castle Howard. Spanning the River Swale just out side of Richmond, North Yorkshire. A corn snake loose on my front lawn.........!
