Bio: I have enjoyed taking photo's for many years now but I have only recently started to take things more seriously. I don't have many interesting sites near where I live so I do my best to turn what I see away from the camera into a more dramatic photo through the lens. Photography brings huge pleasure into my life. The ability to capture a moment in time and make it my own is something no one can take away from me. Please take a moment to step into my world.... For all the brave souls we have lost in the name of freedom Jetty at Coniston Water taken with 10 stop ND A single long exposure - Using LEDs & Speedlights with gels. Hope you like it. Across the river in this one is Rye House Go-Kart Track. This is where Lewis Hamilton honed his skills before he fulfilled his childhood dream and became an F1 driver. Part of a series of Iconic Images I've re-created in LEGO When the tide goes out, so do the horses I have never stood under a Pylon before & I doubt I will be doing it again. It was a horrible experience and felt very wrong. The size and power flowing through this beast was telling every sense in my body to get far far away. The worst part was when I was laying on the ground looking up into the belly of the beast composing the shot, I felt a deep humming sensation on my thigh. That was it, every episode of every documentary about lightning I had ever watched flashed through my head, and knowing that before you get hit, you feel it building up. I grabbed my thigh in panic and realised it was my phone and just an incoming call!!!!!!!!!!! Panic over????? No! Now I am scared that the incoming call will draw attention to the pylon and zap me!!!!!! Hung the call up, took the shot and ran.   A single long exposure - Using LEDs & Speedlights with gels. Hope you like it. My second attempt at light painting Experimenting a little with some water drop photography. Only had the moon as a light source here. My month old baby boy Rhys. This little fella is gonna get so fed up of having a lens looking at him every 5 mins..... Only a few hours old in this one.
