Bio: Born and bred in Grimsby. Enjoyed photography from a distance for a number of years, only really got going with the coming of digital. My first digital camera being a Fuji E510, then I really only started to get serious this year progressing rather quickly from a Fuji s6500fd to a Canon 400D.

This is a shot of a teenage boy practising his Parkur moves at Cleethorpes beach around sunset. If you are not familiar with Parkur, it is a style of 'urban sport' freeform running and acrobatics, which is becoming more and more popular. Another shot on the beach at Donna Nook, Lincolnshire. This time I converted it to B/W to add a moody atmospheric feel. I think it works. Found this in a deserted farm garden in Lincolnshire. Post work in photoshop, bringing up the saturation and giving it a gauze glow. This was taken on a visit to see the Seals at Donna Nook, Lincolnshire. On the way back across the beach I was walking just behind my wife when I saw her walk into the sun I took the oppotunity to capture the moment. Taken at Puerto de Soller, Majorca. More experiments with high speed water macros. Grey Seal Pup, exhausted after playing in the sea with it's mother. Taken at Donna Nook, Lincolnshire. Taken at Chester Zoo.
