Taken on a wet and windy Sunday, forcast was for sunshine and showers. This was very nearly the perfect crown, I chose this because I liked the reflection. I tried to get the perfect crown but I like this as it is the total opposite. A walk to Kinder Downfall, On the return to Hayfield Cutting it fine the sun was getting realy low and 3 miles or so to go. ND8 Hand Held. Taken last Oct in France..Another day at the lake dawn -7 deg. Again another image of gulls at Etherow Country Park I cropped this pic for a better comp. a little noise removal thanks to Noise Ninja. In Flight, Taken at the Cheshire Show I managed to take a few shots of fireworks at the Haloween Party, an organised event, unfortunatly I was a little to close and struggled to get a good framed shot. the front row isnt always the best seat in the house! A little stop off at Penmon lighthouse, ND8 + ND Grad was used to tame the sky, Various shutter speeds to create this HDR image. Whilst playing with slow shutter speeds for light trails I took this image of a fairground ride. Shot at the local display at Haloween. Tired of the snow I decided to try some indoor still life, This is was dad's camera an old 35mm SLR by vivitar, taken on a black background on glass with black under the glass.off camera flash through an umberalla. Portland Basin is a trans shipment yard,on the junction of 3 Canals, The Ashton Canal, ahead, to the left The Peak Forest Canal and the Huddersfield Narrow Canal behind. This was taken in the glass house in Tatton Park Cheshire, I liked the look of the spiral patern in this leaf. A fishing boat looking very sad, the Graffiti on her bow caught my eye. Taken just before sunset. This image was inspired from a magazine demonstrating how to photograph glass, It was taken in front of a softbox with a black fabric strip draped over it, so the light was only visible at both ends, The idea was to illuminate the edges of the wine glass as highlites only, Ideal product photography. Please expand if you have the time. These shots where taken of the Viaduct which passes over the Vale, Geironydd,North Wales.
