Been busy moving home and had computer failure for the last few weeks but back up and running now.Days end at a local beach. Had a dreadful day as I had to try and get through one of those horrible voice answering services to sort out out problems with my lying scumbag internet and cell phone provider. After a wasted day being promised nothing by idiots, saw this on the way home and life was good again. Thank you nature. Cheers Dunc. PS no  Photoshop  here, slightly sharpened, gotta love living in Qld. Brisbane Australia. Differnt perspective on earlier shot . Not the same reflection but I like the depth and detail in the sky in this one. I always shot sunsets handheld as despite what you may be told about using a tripod, sunsets, at least in this part of the world, only last 10 minutes and the colour and direction of light, even over your shoulder, changes so quickly handheld offers much quicker changes. Ok then twist my arm and I'll post another sunset.This was Saturday night.All these recent pics are quite small sunsets and over in about 10 minutes.I shot them all hand held as I've found the colour can pop up in any direction,sometimes even behind you. None of these shots have been in photoshop,just canon raw sharpened abit and plus 1 contrast. I know I've posted a few sunsets recently but we've been having good weather for them and I only have to walk a few minutes to the beach and can enjoy a couple of beers while I snap away. taken at apx 7am before breakfast on the boat.This is in summer in the Whitsunday Islands.Already about 26c and gonna get a lot hotter. I love the tropics. Cheers Dunc. Same time and spot as previous post.While waiting for the sun to dip below the horizon so I chould get some shots into the sunset, looked over my shoulder and .... this. This was a ripper of a sunset and no one else was on the whole beach. All to busy getting home from jobs to appreciate whats in front of them.As a famous person once said, " Take time out to smell the roses"  Cheers Dunc.
