Taken in Botanic Gardens, edited to look like traditional graphic arts. Spiritual Landscape From "El Paradiso Mio" project, Summer 2010. Botanic Gardens in Bydgoszcz, Poland. I did this shot in Autumn 2010, but it is only yesterday that I had time to edit it. I have wanted to show the mood of the day, very peaceful and reflective; I hope I have managed to do it. Autumn, 2010. Early afternoon walk with our dogs. Great, a little bit mysterious mood due to the light and mist. I have edited this work in CS4 to epmhasize this atmosphere. I did this shot in a place that is very close to me due to happy times I spent there in the past with my family. Taken on November 1st, 2010 in Poland. In my country this is a very special day devoted to commemorate all family members who died. We call it The All Saints' Day. Seeking beauty and spiritual light in ordinary things is my goal. This work is one of many works from "El Paradiso Mio" project I did in Summer 2010. As in the majority of cases, I seek in nature for spiritual inspirations. This work is an example of my inner light photography. The shot was taken in Botanic Gardens in my hometown Bydgoszcz, Poland. I love editing b&w photographs so that they remind old traditional graphic arts, i.e. etchings, etc. This work is the example of my personal approach to black and white landscape photography. Taken in February 2011. The last signs of Winter. The colour trunk shows new life the tree takes from the soil. This is a shot of a very popular statue of the playing violinist in Torun city (Poland) with a huge poster announcing Rod Stuart's June concert in the background. Two famous musicians in one band;) The shot taken in February 2011 in a place where I live (Bydgoszcz, Poland). El Paradiso Mio is spiritual landscape series I did in 2010. I was intrigued by the simplicity of composition nature unveiled in front of me and the richness of textures. The shot was taken in 2010 in Bierzglowski Castle in Poland. It is a very well-preserved small medieval castle and chapel with an old garden surrounding it. Great place for shooting, painting, resting, history contemplating or whatever you need:)
