F/19. 1/4 Sec. 3 stop hard grad. Sunset just off Jurby Head, Isle of Man. 4th July 2011 Off out for a midday hike in the Manx Hills with my wife and jnr - only had the little compact camera with me. These guys looked great down in the distance with the valley side as a backdrop. Sony HXV5 at full 10x zoom. 3 shots stitched. Lee CPL. 2 Stop Soft ND Grad. Waterfall on the East Coast of the Isle of Man. A bit of a climb down to here - but after not taking much for a few weeks the extra effort was required. Glen Mooar, Isle of Man. Evening light as the waves pass throuhg the angular rocks - which remind me of a set of shark teeth.   Apologies for the 3 month delay in uploading anything. I've just not had the time to comment on shots. A return to this spot to attempt to get the shot I'm after. Still not got it - and with the cloud filling in - stuck the 10 stopper on with the existing grad for the last shot of the day. 8 cold minutes later (gave me time to clean the filters ready for the following day) this is the result. The relentless stormy weather creating deep ripples. Almost like the beach had been ploughed. Rocky stream in the Forest near Talybont reservoir. South Wales. CPL Filter. Just cropped slightly and sharpened. No other adjustments. Plese view in full. The sun breaks through at Glen Maye beach on the Isle of Man. Sigma 10 - 20 @ 10mm. Taken 20 minutes after sunset at 10:15, June 20th, Glen Mooar Beach. Isle of Man. An hour and 45 minutes later at 1 minute to midnight the summer solstice is reached A cold January Saturday morning. A quick trip out on the 30th Jan to get something.
