Map Tree Frog by Paul Bratescu
(Hyla geographica)
This photo was taken at Lake Sandoval, Peru.
I went out hunting with my guide in the thick foliage around the lake's edge encountering some really cool looking creatures including snakes. I eventually came across this male calling to a female that was already in close proximity. I was quite amazed at the volume this little jungle gem could produce.
Note* This photo was produced so that it's dimension are 722x480. I noticed that the Dimensions are much larger when viewing 100%, this ruins the image and makes it look pixelated with poor resolution. Is there a way we can view our images at our chosen dimensions?
Paul :)

One of many fantastic shots. 5 from me! I'm new to this and am sorry to hear about stupid and irrational ratings. I hope it doesn't put anyone off although it easily could do. -
