Only just realised you have another account as always enjoyed looking at you floral images, thought you had gone. Anyway enjoyed looking through your latest shots and thought i'd comment on this, agree with Brian, theres no right or wrong way and you could play around with the opacity of the layers all day but you have to stop somewhere and I really like this one. Think it would make a really interesting piece for the wall, Well done! -

I love the creativity at play. After reading all the comments, it brought me to think that it represents a bit what we're doing to our planet, to each other and so on...it is as sensitive as the flower so well placed in the foreground. (my opinion is not meant to offend anyone) Rgs, Lou -

I think, after reading all the comments, that I like the image overall, but I might have maybe lowered the opacity a bit on the texture layer making it a little less pronounced, or go the other way and add a bunch of grain and darker textures. There's never a right or wrong, some will like, some will not... All opinions are valid LOL!
If one doesn't try going outside the box... and then evaluating the reactions, how would one express ones self? Great work, Regards, B... -

Another great shot to add to the floral gallery Unni, and I like the added texture to give the feel of delicacy and how such beauty can be damaged. A very interesting concept shot. Thanks for your comment on my latest candid - the waiter did look a bit suspicious, I'm just glad the arab didn't catch me... -

I actually like this image and it's treatment a lot Unni. I can see and understand where John is coming from and some images with brave bold treatment will not work for some people....I've had my share! I admire John's honesty as I admire your image! -

Hi Unni, I see what John say's but I did a similar graphic design years back for remembrance day with a poppy. That is what stirred my mind when seeing this and my Malik's question about war. Take care Rgds Paul. -

U, the juxtapose of a delicate flower with a torn background works for this image as it does a lot of times in life. Feelings can be beautiful and tortured at the same time. Great image from a person with a good imagination and a delicate soul. -
John Hampsey Pettigrew
Unni not often i say this about one of your images, but i find the background in this one detracts from an otherwise beautiful image...maybe its just me being fussy..sorry i dont mean to offend just my thought...great flower shot apart from that...john -

Unni perfection is often found in a broken soul, Malik our SON asked me about WAR " for his HIS STORY" subject and the meaning, I have the next 3 day's to explain? Seen done and still can only explain from what I have seen. Not a pretty explanation. Like how this help's me the torn element.
