Supersonic by Simon Mackie
This is a shot of a teenage boy practising his Parkur moves at Cleethorpes beach around sunset.
If you are not familiar with Parkur, it is a style of 'urban sport' freeform running and acrobatics, which is becoming more and more popular.

Stunning image! You've timed it really well, freezing the action before the silhouetted boy's head 'disappears' into the dark area of sand. I love the way he's framed by those birds in the sky and the object in the background on the left (not entirely sure what it is!) provides a further point of interest. IMHO the composition could be improved further by having something to right of the frame, or inded shifting perspective so that the boy falls on the thirds line to the right instead of the left, however it's still a brilliant shot!
