Beachy Head,Sussex. A beautiful place edging the south downs, with the chalk cliffs giving breathtaking views across the sea. It also has a somewhat feel of sadness, where along the edge are these symbols of loss, that grieving families have precariously placed,in memory of those who could only find this way to seek the peace that they needed.
This was shot in a village in Laos where they use the bomb shells that were dropped on them by the Americans in the Vietnam War for things like seats, fences and flower pots. Peace now...but at what cost?
