Spring has come! And I've noticed bees need wipers!

Salticidae (Jumping Spiders) are very photogenic with their big round eyes. In fact Salticidae have one of the best forms of eyesight in phylum Arthropoda.

Meet Freddie, my friends hypo new puppy! A bit of a spin on the classic 'spring' shot, but what the hey, still very cute & also funny! Hope it makes you smile! x

Speedwells in a meadow. I did look a little daft crawling round on my blacklisted_site with my camera practically on the ground in the middle of a field whilst people were passing by with their lunchtime sandwiches (this was taken in the centre of Bristol, believe it or not!)

I've posted a couple of more traditional (floral!) spring images but really, I think the image below sums April up much better than any of my previous shots! (Especially living in Bristol in the South West of England, it does get very wet here in Spring)

This was taken mid-April, and goes to show its not always sunshine and flowers this time of year!
