Noob to the Site

Hi guys and Gals,

My names Chris and I have been playing around with photography for about 5 years now.. I am no where near good. I just havent had the time to practise as much as I would have liked. But I am now going to make a more concentrated effort and increase my skills with a DSLR.

I have a Canon 400d with the following lenses:
Canon EFS 18-55
Canon EF 75-300
Sigma DC 18-200 (currently my fav)

I like taking Landscape and Motorsport photography. But I want to enhance my skills in these areas and also take a stab at Portraits as we are expecting our first child shortly..

any how many thanks for reading my ramblings and expect some daft questions being asked
