WELCOME TO THE DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR AWARDS 2009...
Now in its third year, the Digital Photographer of the Year Awards 2009 is now open for entries. Supported by industry leading retailer, Park Cameras, the awards offers up and coming photographers the chance to win both a coveted title, and some fantastic prizes!
The Awards are open for entries from the 18 June 2009 until 5 November 2009 in the following categories:
• Overall (please submit up to 8 images, one from each of the categories below)
• Student (open to photographers under 25 and studying a full time related course)
• Landscape
• Portrait
• Wildlife
• Black & White
• Macro
• Sports
• Wedding
• Urban
Entries can be submitted via the 'ENTER HERE' button below or by emailing awards@dphotographer.co.uk. Enter by either sending a low res jpg of your photo (one entry per person, per category) or a hyperlink to your image in the DP galleries.
Please state your name, age and address as well as the category you are submitting images for within your email. Please include the shot details (camera, lens, aperture etc) and a brief description of the image, including details of any post production work.
